Baptism Requirements

To complete registration forms you must bring:
1. Birth certificate of child
2. Church marriage certificate & confirmation  certificate for godparents or
     Confirmation Certificate for single godparents
3. Attend pre-baptismal class (parents & godparents)

     -Every two months we have pre-baptismal classes (must be registered)
4. Cost of $50.00 per Baptism Registration (includes class)

      Cost of $25.00 for Class Only (if baptizing at another church)

5. Child has to be younger than 7 years old
